(firmenpresse) - PHILADELPHIA, PA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/01/12 -- (NASDAQ: REXI) announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment of a cash dividend on October 31, 2012 in the amount of $0.03 per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on October 19, 2012. The Company has paid a consecutive quarterly cash dividend for over 17 years.
