Chipworks Establishes European Presence
Wholly owned subsidiary of Chipworks Inc. now located in the United Kingdom
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/26/12 -- Chipworks (), the world's leader in reverse engineering and patent infringement analysis for semiconductors and microelectronic systems, announced today it has created a wholly owned subsidiary of Chipworks located in the United Kingdom. The creation of this subsidiary signals the company's commitment and expansion plans to serve the growing needs of clients in Europe.
"We created a subsidiary in Europe to address growing demands for intellectual property and technology analysis services, said Julia Elvidge, President of Chipworks. Chipworks' European headquarters are based in London. The office will be led by business technology veteran Mr. John Hartley. Mr. Hartley brings 20+ years of demonstrated success, driving multimillion dollar sales growth in the semiconductor and management consulting markets. David Bellefeuille, the current Sales Director for Europe, will help expand Chipworks' sales presence in North America.
