A Sun Valley Luxury Home and a Leadville Terrace Downtown Condo in Ketchum Will Sell at a Real Estate Auction on October 13 With No Minimums and No Reserves

"We built the home about eight years ago, and it's our dream house," said Pauline Holland, who owns the home with her husband. "It's everything we always wanted -- environmentally friendly, with all the amenities we dreamed of. The condo was a perfect addition. When we would go to Ketchum to ski or for a charity event, we could just stay right there in town but maintain the privacy of our home a little further out."
The home is situated on 20 acres, and will be one offering, while three surrounding 20-acre parcels will each be offered separately. The Hollands, now in their 80s, moved to Sun Valley because it is, according to Ms. Holland, "the best place in the world to ski." They still ski whenever they can.

Also attached to the home is a three-car garage, with room for a 50-foot RV, and a two-bedroom apartment above the garage. Situated at a 6,000-foot elevation, it has access to hiking and easy access to fishing in Silver Creek.
"We love what our house stands for, which is free and open clear skies, and Sun Valley is that because the sun always shines here," Ms. Holland said.
