A unique selection of wines will be featured from France, Portugal California, as well as from Canada's very own Niagara Region. Winemakers from Le Vignobles du Loup Blanc, Poças Winery, E. & J. Gallo and Lailey's Vineyards will be on hand to present the unique wines and answer questions. To complement and enhance these outstanding wine selections our Executive Chef, Serge Jost will orchestrate menus featuring seasonal products from the Outaouais region.
