(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 09/20/12 -- On September 18, 2012 the North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. (OTCBB: NODB) Board of Directors declared a $0.17 per share dividend. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of October 5, 2012 and will be paid on October 10, 2012.
