(firmenpresse) - PLAINVIEW, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 09/19/12 -- Blast Applications, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BLAP) updates the final stages of its contract with Solaris Entertainment to produce and market the reality TV-show "Can Do Better," based on BlastApplication's CanDoBetter website.
"The financing and the revenue-sharing parts of the contract are finished," says BLAP CEO, Dino Luzzi.
"Both parties have agreed to and signed the term sheet. The nicest thing, especially for the investors of BLAP, is that there will be no dilution and no restricted shares in this deal. It is a pure revenue-sharing, win/win situation between BLAP and Solaris. Other developments are already being discussed for the future, as the two companies find that they fit each other extremely well.
