Willow Stream Spa, the award-winning signature spa brand of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, welcomes its fifth annual Gratitude Season during the months of October and November. Spa guests are gifted with exclusive offers to enjoy on a return visit and they can also share special offers with friends and family by sending out a "Wave of Gratitude" exclusive email. The season also highlights an occasion to give back through Gratitude Circles.
During Gratitude Season, Willow Stream Spas worldwide share their appreciation to spa guests with three specials offers presented throughout October and November. When a guest comes in for a treatment, they then receive an invitation to return with a special spa offer courtesy of Willow Stream Spas. The three special offers, which can be redeemed anytime through January 15, 2013, include: $25 credit off any retail purchase of $100 or more in the Spa boutique, book a 90-minute body or facial treatment and enjoy a complimentary Spa Lunch, or $25.00 off any 90-minute treatment during the weekdays.
Spa goers are encouraged to "Spa It Forward" during Gratitude Season. Guests can extend a "Wave of Gratitude" to someone they feel grateful for having in their lives - a co-worker, a relative or a dear friend. Via a dedicated website, they can send a FREE Willow Stream "Wave of Gratitude" eCard and pass along two special Gratitude Season spa offers for their friends to enjoy time at the spa.(i)

Gratitude Season at Willow Stream Spas also highlights Gratitude Circles. Gratitude Circles allow spa goers an occasion to make an impact in their communities while doing something healthy for themselves. The Gratitude Circle encourages local spa guests to pass on their post-spa positive energy to their favorite local charity. Spa guests register their unofficial group, such as a book club, golf team or neighborhood gardening group or just their best group of girl friends, along with a charity or not-for-profit to receive a percentage of spa sales every time that group spas. Willow Stream issues a charitable donation of 10% of their total spa bill (including treatments, retail and meals, excluding taxes and gratuities) to the charity of their choice, each quarter. Gratitude Circles are a year-round initiative.
