The conference is being held at the Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa in Groton, Connecticut on September 19th and 20th.
In his session, Burke will explore the ever evolving ways customers interact with merchants and brands driven by the explosion of social networking and the surging use of mobile devices. He will deliver new, leading-edge practices for creating a rich, personal, and seamless customer experience that is tailored to customers' individual needs.
