By the Numbers: This Quarter at the Border
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/14/12 -- The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) today released for the first quarter of the 2012/2013 fiscal year. These numbers, covering the period of April through June 2012--represent the wide range of work done by the CBSA to prevent crime within and at our borders and abroad, by seizing inadmissible goods and denying the entry of inadmissible individuals, remove inadmissible individuals and intercept improperly documented travellers abroad, all while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

These successes are a point of pride for the Agency and serve to demonstrate the commitment, dedication, expertise and professionalism of our officers as they carry out the CBSA's mandate on a daily basis.
