(firmenpresse) - This new practical function is now awaiting shop clients of the Munich stock photo agency alimdi. Using the new button “Live Help” the user can create through a chat window a direct connection to the team at alimdi and in this way can ask questions or negotiate prices. This is particularly attractive for customers who purchase their images outside normal business hours - no rare occurrence in agencies and publishing houses.
“We can usually be reached late into the evening. Many customers are reluctant to call us after 10 p.m. but perhaps they want something without having to write an email,” says Thomas Mueller, the founder and owner of the agency. The new live help function allows the customer at the click of a mouse to contact us immediately and to clarify his questions - “simpler and faster than using email.”
