Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. Announces Refinancing Efforts
(firmenpresse) - GOLDEN, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/10/12 -- Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. ("Jacobs Entertainment") announced today that it is commencing the refinance of its $210 million 9 3/4% senior unsecured notes due June 15, 2014 and its $97 million senior bank credit facility. It is anticipated that the new debt financing, to be led by Credit Suisse, will consist of a $210 million first lien and a $110 million second lien along with a $50 million revolving line of credit.
The effort begins this week with a presentation to rating agencies followed by lender presentations the following week.
Based in Golden, CO, Jacobs Entertainment is the owner and operator of The Lodge Casino at Black Hawk and the Gilpin Hotel Casino, both located in Black Hawk, Colorado; the Gold Dust West-Reno in Reno, Nevada; the Gold Dust West-Carson City in Carson City, Nevada; the Gold Dust West-Elko in Elko, Nevada; Colonial Downs Racetrack in Virginia and ten related off-track wagering facilities located in Virginia; and 21 video poker truck stops located in Louisiana with a share in the gaming revenues of an additional video poker truck stop located in Louisiana.
