Under terms of the agreement, JCM will provide its award-winning currency transaction products to the transportation and ticketing industries, business segments where TNSi Europe already has a large footprint.
TNSi Europe GmbH is the European subsidiary of Japan-based Toyo Networks & System Integration Co., Ltd., formerly known as TOYOCOM, which specializes in restaurant kiosk terminals, payment terminals, top-up terminals for IC cards, and banknote acceptors recyclers for ticketing (transport) markets.

Initially founded in 1891 and established in 1938, TNSi has expanded steadily.
