Invest Southwest 2012 Capital Conference Announces SOOH Media as Early Bird Winner Selected to Present
Just Two Days Remain for Companies to Apply to Present at This Year's Conference
(firmenpresse) - PHOENIX, AZ -- (Marketwire) -- 08/30/12 -- Invest Southwest Capital Conference 2012, with title sponsor Snell and Wilmer, is announcing SOOH Media as the first company selected to present at this year's event. The winner of the early bird application process will join ten to fifteen other companies as presenters at the 2012 Capital Conference to be held on November 28-30, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.
"This is the first time we've invited applicants to participate in an early bird application," said Dax Williamson, selection panel co-chair for Invest Southwest. "We guaranteed that one applicant from the early bird submissions would be chosen as a presenter. It was a great incentive to create excitement within the community."
Formerly FauxBooth, the first-ever social-out-of-home network, has evolved to SOOH Media. SOOH Media improves upon traditional DOOH advertising, providing an interactive photo and video network that engages consumers and brands through integrated local, social and mobile platforms. SOOH Media's new market position and rebrand is fortified by client wins at NASCAR, CBS Radio and the Phoenix Mercury.

Invest Southwest has been successfully connecting entrepreneurs and investors in the Southwest since 1992. Presenting companies have raised over a quarter billion dollars at the conference, and presenters from past conferences have included regional success stories Ventana Medical, NetPro, Vivid Semiconductor and AutoXray. Companies selected for the fall conference typically seek between $500,000 and $10 million in capital from investors who attend from Arizona and across the United States and world.
