AFG Announces Results of Annual Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/29/12 -- AFG Flameguard Ltd. (CNSX: AFG) or (the "Corporation") announces that its shareholders approved all resolutions brought before them at the Corporation's Annual Special Meeting ("ASM") held on August 28, 2012.
Thomas Bell, Donald Gordon, John Russell and Frans Volgelzangs were elected as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year. Davidson & Company Chartered Accountants LLP were re-appointed as the Corporation's auditor.
The shareholders of the Corporation approved the amendment to the articles of the Corporation authorizing the directors to appoint one or more directors who shall hold office for a term expiring not later than the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders, but the total number of directors so appointed may not exceed one-third of the number of directors elected at the previous annual meeting of shareholders.
