CARMEN Commercial Real Estate Launches Not-for-Profit Partnership Program
(firmenpresse) - INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- CARMEN Commercial Real Estate Services announced today the launch of CARMEN Cares (), a program benefiting not-for-profit organizations.
For qualifying not-for-profits, the program provides CARMEN Commercial Real Estate's industry leading services with the objective of assisting these organizations with the containment of their real estate lease costs. Through the CARMEN Cares program, CARMEN will make a significant contribution to that organization for use at its discretion.
A not-for-profit organization qualifies for CARMEN Cares based on a number of factors such as the specific organization's reach into its communities and the scope of its services.
The program was the result of CARMEN'S partnership with the Joseph Maley Foundation during its search for an Indianapolis office facility when the CARMEN team became engaged in that foundation's mission to serve a valuable purpose in its community. "In working with JMF, we realized the importance of a smart, economically sound lease as it relates to the ongoing fiscal strength of the NFP," said Chris Carmen, President, CARMEN Commercial Real Estate. "We were thrilled to further assist their mission with a contribution and look forward to supporting many other NFPs in the same way."
