Visionary Integration Professionals Wins IV&V Work With California Health Benefit Exchange, CalHEERS
(firmenpresse) - SACRAMENTO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- The California Health Benefit Exchange selected (VIP) to deliver independent verification and validation (IV&V) services for the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment, and Retention System (CalHEERS).
The primary mission of CalHEERS, a consolidated information technology system, is to implement the requirements of the (PPACA), which aims at decreasing the number of uninsured Americans and reducing the overall costs of health care.
As part of the IV&V scope of services, VIP will independently review and document its analysis of the CalHEERS processes, procedures, and tools to ensure adherence to industry standards.
More specifically, VIP is responsible for reviewing and reporting on project management, quality management, training, requirements management, software development, acceptance testing, and data management, as well as operating and development environments.
