A finance and accounting executive with nearly 20 years of experience, Solarana has a proven track record of building strong teams, partnering with operations, and providing the strategic leadership necessary to support growth oriented organizations. He also brings over 10 years of experience working as both an investor and operator in private equity environments, with a focus on the consumer sector.
Solarana most recently served as the CFO with The Fragrance Outlet, Inc., where he led finance, accounting, IT, human resources and merchandise planning functions for the national retailer of designer fragrances. His prior work experience includes various financial roles at Burger King Corp., GE Equity, and Ernst & Young LLP. Solarana holds an MBA from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar, and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Michigan, where he graduated with distinction.
