De Joya Griffith, Certified Public Accounts and Consultants, recently rendered an audit letter to the Company expressing opinions regarding the balance sheets of Itonis, Inc. as of November 30, 2011 and November 30, 2010 and the related consolidated statements of operations, stockholders' deficit and cash flows for the years ended from December 1, 2009 through November 30, 2011.
