Pyng Medical Corp. Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/22/12 -- Pyng Medical Corp. (TSX VENTURE: PYT) (the "Company") announced that it has granted a total of 530,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. The options will expire four years from the date of grant and have an exercise price of $0.07 per common share. One-third of the options granted will vest every six months for a period of 18 months.
The Company has determined that the exemptions from the various requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange Policies are available for the granting of these options.
