(PINKSHEETS: ALCD) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with CSI Business Finance Inc. to provide the Company an investment/credit line of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). The terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Sylvain Desrosiers, Chief Executive Officer of Southern ITS International Inc. stated, "This investment/credit line agreement will facilitate the Company's growth and allow the Company to aggressively seek additional contracts.
