Agreement Will Provide Complementary Offerings to Mutual Customers

Under its terms, Priority Data will include DocFinity as part of its offerings; and DocFinity will be a referral source for Priority Data's products and services.

In others, Priority Data customers may opt to purchase DocFinity outright for local installation.
