Also, we would like to introduce our new website location which explains our direction and business model.
Embark Holdings, Inc. CEO Michael Cummings stated, "The Company's Board of Directors, as well as the Majority Shareholder believes that the Name Change is in the Company's best interest and is intended to more accurately reflect the Company's operations and interests.
