Excellium Announces Resignation of Jacques Duchesneau as Director
(firmenpresse) - MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK -- (Marketwire) -- 08/15/12 -- Excellium Inc. (TSX VENTURE: XLM) (the "Corporation" or "Excellium"), announces that Mr. Jacques Duchesneau has resigned from his position as director of the Company effective August 2, 2012 to pursue other interests, which resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors today. In addition to his role as director, Mr. Duchesneau was acting as the Chair of the Corporation's HR & Compensation Committee and was a member of its Governance and Nominating Committee. Jean Pouliot will take over Mr. Duchesneau's role as the Chair of the HR & Compensation Committee, and Ross Finlay will be appointed as a member of the HR & Compensation Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee to replace Mr. Duchesneau.
Excellium management and fellow directors wish to thank Mr. Duchesneau for his service and valuable contribution to the Corporation throughout his mandate. We wish him success in all of his future endeavors.
Excellium is the new name of Azura Ventures Ltd., a former Capital Pool Company, who changed its name after the completion of its Qualifying Transaction.
