A New Government Report Finds That the Concerns Over a Spectrum Shortage Are Significantly Overstated; the Report Has Merited the Support of Leading Wireless Company xG Technology

Additionally, the PCAST report recommends "a norm for spectrum use based on sharing versus exclusivity."
