Intracorp Projects Announces New Chief Financial Officer

Intracorp Projects is pleased to announce that Kevin Smith has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Kevin joins Intracorp from his current role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. He successfully led Whistler Blackcomb through an initial public offering (IPO) on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2010 to create Whistler Blackcomb as a separate, publicly traded company from Intrawest. As a strategic leader at Whistler Blackcomb Holdings, he has been responsible for all financial, legal and IT aspects of the organization including public company reporting, debt financing, investor relations, budgeting, cash management, tax planning, capital planning and strategic business planning.

Kevin, who is a Chartered Accountant, started his career in 1994 at Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver. He joined Intrawest Corporation in 1999, was promoted through various levels of the organization in Colorado and BC and in 2007, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Intrawest Resort Operations. He was also a member of the corporation's senior management team and member of the Board for all of Intrawest's 11 resorts as well as Placemaking real estate and Playground real estate sales.
