New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside Adding 200,000+ SF Within Next Year

Located at I-35 and FM 306, the 600 acre shopping center development already boasts national retailers SuperTarget, Best Buy, JC Penney, Ross Dress For Less, PetSmart, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Ulta Beauty and Cosmetics, TJ Maxx, Spec's Liquors and Fine Foods, and Charming Charlie added in Phase II open in May 2013. Belk Department Store, adding 95,000 SF, opens the third quarter of 2013. Willie's Ice House opens in late 2012, joining Longhorn Steak House and BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse already open in Creekside.

Additional development includes The Mansions at Creekside, a luxury apartment community under construction adjacent to the Creekside Town Center retail. The multi-family community with approximately 400 units offers residents a resort-style recreation center with water park and children's activity area. This $35M project, developed by Western Rim Property Services, opens in 2013.

Additionally, Resolute Health, affiliate of Vanguard Health System, is constructing a health and wellness campus at Hwy 306 and FM 1101 next to Creekside Town Center. The 56-acre campus offers various health and wellness related facilities including physician offices, integrated fitness center, walking trails, and health-related retail in addition to the hospital. The hospital opens with 120 beds in early 2014 (with expansion ability to over 300 beds) for inpatient health care services.

Christus Santa Rosa is constructing a 12,000 SF emergency center across from Creekside Town Center. The 24-hour emergency center will be equipped to provide a full range of emergency medical services like emergency rooms in a traditional hospital. The facility opens later this year.
