(PINKSHEETS: GYTI) announced today that the previously announced 200% stock dividend will be distributed today, August 10, 2012. As a result of the dividend, shareholders will own three shares of GYTI for each share they currently own. FINRA has set the ex-dividend date for Monday, August 13.
