ZoomMed: Grant of Options (Rectification)

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 08/03/12 -- ZoomMed inc. (TSX VENTURE: ZMD) announced, on July 20, 2012, that its Board of directors agreed to grant 2,700,000 stock options to its directors and officers and 1,130,000 stock options to its employees and consultants.
The exercise price of these stock options is rectified to $0.10, to comply with the TSX Venture Exchange policy 1.1.
Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
