Camping World Announces Acquisition of Harberson RV in Holiday, FL
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 08/03/12 -- Camping World, the nation's largest RV and outdoor retailer, today announced that it has acquired Harberson RV, an existing RV dealership in Holiday, north of Clearwater. The location will be officially named Camping World of New Port Richey and the dealership will undergo building renovations over the next 30 days including expansion to add a 4,000 sq. ft. Camping World Retail part store.
The new Camping World dealership is located on US Highway 19 in Holiday just minutes away from the Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Port Richey and Hudson areas and will feature new and pre-owned motorhomes and towables from the finest manufacturers and brands including Itsaca, Thor Motor Coach, Fleetwood, Heartland, and Keystone.

The Camping World of New Port Richey will be supported by 14 Camping World RV dealerships and retail stores already in the state of Florida.
Camping World expects to open the new Supercenter in the New Port Richey area in September 2012. As the expansion begins, Camping World is pleased to have the current employees at the Harberson RV location join the Camping World staff and will be adding additional positions for seasoned and professional RV sales associates, technicians, and retail support to assist at this new location.
The company is also set to soon announce acquisition of additional RV dealerships across the country. Camping World's goal is to add more quality manufacturers and brands, increase their presence in the market, and grow the workforce.
