Patrick G. Huycke has been elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Thomas Becker as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of PremierWest Bancorp. John L. Anhorn continues in the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of PremierWest Bank, a subsidiary of PremierWest Bancorp. John A. Duke, previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of PremierWest Bancorp, continues to serve as a member of the Bancorp and Bank Boards.
