WENR Corporation Reports Record Revenue for Q1
(firmenpresse) - RENO, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/12 -- WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) is pleased to announce the release of its financial statements for the first quarter of 2012. Adjusting for a "one-time" income relating the purchase of the Elko cable system, the Company has generated a record $596,188 for the quarter and a projected $2,384,752 in revenue on a yearly basis. This is a six percent (6%) increase in revenue from last year. The increase is primarily due to the increase of subscribers of its cable systems.
The Company has hired additional sales personnel to deploy the new marketing plan. The Company has seen immediate increase in new subscriptions.
The current shares outstanding are 38,786,542 shares. Six million shares have been returned to the Company but not cancelled by the transfer agent; leaving 32,786,542 shares outstanding. The Company is still in the process of receiving additional shares.
WENR Corporation is a media holding company, which has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Satview Broadband Ltd., and Ngensolutions LLC.
