John E. Russell to Join AFG FlameGuard Board of Directors

Russell has agreed to join the Company's board of directors.
An AFG shareholder, Mr. Russell has been nominated for election to the Company's board of directors at the upcoming Annual Special Meeting to be held on August 28, 2012.
Mr. Russell is the President, CEO and co-founder of J.E. Russell Produce Ltd., one of Canada's leading wholesale distributors of premium produce. In addition to operating his flagship business, John has served on a variety of boards and advisory committees in a number of different capacities. His contributions to the produce industry were recognised in 2001 as he was named "Produce Man of the Year" by the Ontario Produce Marketing Board.
