Las Vegas Railway Express, Inc. (The X Train) (OTCQB: XTRN), the luxury passenger train with planned rail service between Southern CA and Las Vegas, has hired Success City Online to manage the company's social media and PR efforts. Success City Online provides direct reach web services, social media management, public relations, and radio and video media that help businesses reach and influence people interested in their products. Las Vegas-based Success City Online will be directing these multi media outlets for The X Train.
