(PINKSHEETS: MXMI) has announced today that it has completed and filed with the OTC Markets Group, Inc., both its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2011 and its Quarterly Report for the period ended March 31, 2012, and is now listed as "OTC Pink Current Information" on the OTC Markets Group, Inc. website. The Quarterly Report for the period ended June 30, 2012 is due for filing on or before August 14, 2012. Company principals anticipate that such report will be filed on a timely basis. The Company also announced that it has retained the services of a PCAOB certified and AICPA member firm to audit its 2010 and 2011 financial statements with a view toward the filing of an S-1 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to year end. The Company is preparing a new business model which it expects to implement in the near future.
