KVOS, the Me-TV Affiliate for the Seattle DMA, Is Now Available on DIRECTV Channel 12 in Seattle and Western Washington
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/12 -- OTA Broadcasting, licensee of station KVOS (Bellingham), announced today that KVOS, the Me-TV affiliate for Seattle and Western Washington, is now available on DIRECTV. The station was launched on DIRECTV on July 25, 2012 and is available to most DIRECTV local channel subscribers with HD capable equipment who are located in the Seattle DMA (as defined by Nielsen).
"We are delighted to be able to offer subscribers of DIRECTV in Western Washington a chance to enjoy KVOS and the Me-TV programming," said Carol LaFever, VP - Operations, OTA Broadcasting. Me-TV features a wide range of programming that audiences and advertisers find comfortable and engaging. Me-TV's library includes series from Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, CBS Television Distribution, NBCUniversal Television as well as independent series owners and producers. Me-TV's line-up include some of the best television programs ever produced, such as: M*A*S*H, Perry Mason, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Bob Newhart Show, the original Star Trek and Hawaii Five-O series, in addition to many other shows.
Me-TV, memorable entertainment television, launched nationally in December 2010, is owned and operated by Weigel Broadcasting Co. and distributed by MGM Television.
