(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/12 -- EV Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EVEP) today announced a cash distribution attributable to the second quarter of 2012 of $0.765 per unit for all of its outstanding units. The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2012, to unit holders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2012.
