Canada's Top Retailer for Pre-Teen Girls Announces New Calgary Store

The popular Calgary-based active-wear retailer for tween girls is set to open a new store on August 16, 2012 at Market Mall in northwest Calgary.
The news will mean a shorter drive for many Triple Flip fans who've been requesting a store there, ever since the company first opened its doors.
"We are very excited about our second Calgary store, opening at Market Mall. Our roots are in Calgary. It's where we started this company," says Linda Maslechko, president of Triple Flip. "Calgary families have supported us from day one, from being part of our initial focus groups, to shopping at our flagship store at Deerfoot Meadows and online. The positive word of mouth has helped us grow to where we are today, and with such high demand in Calgary for a second store in the north, we just couldn't wait to make it happen."
Triple Flip has been taking over the country, feeding a growing appetite for the brand that engages and empowers young girls to lead active lifestyles, giving them the opportunity to express themselves through fashions that help them feel good about themselves.
The future Market Mall store will be the third Triple Flip store to open in Canada this summer, now giving Canadian tweens 11 stores to "flip out" for. Girls can now shop at stores in five provinces (B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario) and online at tripleflip.ca.
Triple Flip was started in 2005, when Linda Maslechko - a mother of three tween girls - realized that this age group was being left out of the fashion mix.
