(firmenpresse) - ISELIN, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 07/25/12 -- Middlesex Water Company (NASDAQ: MSEX) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.1850 per common share payable September 3, 2012, for shareholders of record as of August 15, 2012. The Company has paid cash dividends on its common stock continually since 1912 and has increased its annual dividend rate for 39 consecutive years.
