Over the past year with much hard work Vendum has restructured, regrouped, and is ready to advance our main directive of increasing shareholder value. We have devoted considerable energies to determine the most productive and profitable direction for our company. Our primary goal was to identify key markets to focus our sales and marketing efforts for Vendum's innovative non-toxic paper battery technology.

Vendum Batteries is working on developing a non-toxic, Carbon Nanotube based light-weight, rechargeable battery that we intend to market to various industries.
These efforts are based on a patent we acquired for technology that does not use any rare earth metals or toxic metals and instead uses carbon nanotube electrode technology. Our proprietary battery is being designed to be entirely biodegradable, since it will be primarily composed of cellulose.
Vendum plans to license the technology or 'know how' that we develop to third parties who will then develop and commercialize the batteries based upon our licensed technology.
