("Big Lots" or the "Company") (NYSE: BIG) who purchased shares between February 2, 2012 and April 23, 2012, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that Big Lots knew but failed to adequately disclose that its consumables line was deteriorating.
