Davidson Equity Markets), an international investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his 11 years at McGladrey, Blackwood served for almost 9 years as executive vice president and general counsel of Canon Computer Systems, the computer peripheral systems subsidiary of Canon Inc., where he helped grow the company from a start-up to a $1.4B market leader.
