ZoomMed Announces the Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/12 -- ZoomMed inc. (TSX VENTURE: ZMD) announces that its Board of directors agreed to grant 2,700,000 stock options to its directors and officers and 1,130,000 stock options to its employees and consultants, taking effect on July 20, 2012.
Each of these options allows its holder to purchase one common share of ZoomMed at a price of $0.05 for a five (5) year period following their issuance, subject to the provisions of the stock option plan of ZoomMed and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
