Centaurus Announces Notice of Late Filing
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/12 -- (OTCQB: CTDT) (PINKSHEETS: CTDT) Acknowledges today that it will be unable to file its Annual Report Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2012 (the "Form 10-K") within the extended filing deadline provided under Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Centaurus is unable to meet this deadline due to a reporting change following their merger with Sweetwater. Centaurus is currently working to finalize its Form 10-K and expects to file before July 30, 2012. However no assurance can be given as to the exact date that the Form 10-K will be completed and filed.
Centaurus has been established to fully commercialize its proprietary, cost-efficient and high-volume diamond production method to provide industrial quality diamonds. The Company's patented technology enables the production of "cultured" diamonds that are chemically, atomically, and structurally identical to natural diamonds. The Gemological Institute of America has tested the Company's "cultured" diamonds and has confirmed they are diamonds according to their testing protocols.
