Frankfurt, 20 July, 2012 - Ming Le Sports AG, a rapidly growing branded
sportswear company in China, signed exclusive agreements with two new
distributors effective on 20 July 2012. These new distributors will add
approx. 100 new exclusive stores to the Ming Le retail network.
The first new distributor, Dongguanshi Xingsheng Trading Limited, covers
eight cities in Guangdong Province, which has a total population of 35
million people. 48 retail outlets of Dongguanshi Xingsheng Trading Limited
will be converted to exclusive Ming Le stores within the next 24 months.
The second new distributor is Jinan Shishengda Sportswear Limited with a
coverage of nine cities in Shandong Province, where over 42 million people
live. Approximately 52 retail outlets of Jinan Shishengda will be converted
to exclusive Ming Le stores within the next 24 months.
'We are glad that we could win two new reliable and experienced
distributors, who will help us to increase Ming Le's brand awareness. The
new stores are located mainly in thriving tier 3 and tier 4 cities. The
Ming Le branded stores will offer a comprehensive range of products,
including footwear, apparel and accessories and equipment,' states Siliang
Ding, CEO of Ming Le Sports AG.
As a result of these new distribution contracts, Ming Le will increase its
number of retail outlets to more than 3,400 stores through a network of 26
distributors in China by the end of 2012. More than 85% of Ming Le's
authorised retail outlets are located in Tier 3 and Tier 4 cities in China.
