Harte-Hanks Announces Departure of Gary J. Skidmore

(NYSE: HHS), a worldwide direct and targeted marketing company that provides multichannel direct and digital marketing services and shopper advertising opportunities, today announced that Gary Skidmore, Executive Vice President and President, Direct Marketing will be leaving the company July 31, 2012. Mr. Skidmore has been with Harte-Hanks since it purchased his company in 1994, and he has served as President, Direct Marketing, since 2007.
Mr. Skidmore commented, "Harte-Hanks is an amazing company, where -- together with the business I founded -- I have spent more than half my life. Leaving will be very difficult. We have absolutely the best leadership and people in our industry, who deliver very innovative services and products to some of the leading companies in the world. I will greatly miss it all." Mr. Skidmore will use his 31 years of experience to pursue charitable endeavors and new business opportunities.
