("Kosmos" or the "Company") (NYSE: KOS) shares pursuant and/or traceable to the May 16, 2011 Initial Public Offering (the "IPO").
The complaint alleges that Kosmos concealed the fact that the Company's "Jubilee" oil field project in the Republic of Ghana was underperforming; furthermore the complaint alleges that Kosmos issued false and misleading statements in the IPO's offering documents and failed to disclose certain design defects in Kosmos' oil wells.
