Collective Kitchen Chefs to Compose Personalized Off-the-Menu Dishes for up to Five People Thursday Through Saturday
(firmenpresse) - SINGER ISLAND, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 07/09/12 -- The collaborative kitchen of 3800 Ocean at The Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa will now take reservations for their five-seat Kitchen Table every Thursday through Saturday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.* The Kitchen Table will offer guests a unique experience in which a menu will then be personally created à la minute featuring ingredients delivered that day by 3800 Ocean's purveyors.
The concept is targeted towards those with an adventurous palate, giving them a chance to indulge in the latest creations that the collective kitchen team has been testing. A seat at the table is $59 per person, tax and gratuity not included. Cocktail and wine pairings available upon request.
3800 Ocean's culinary team features the talents and cultural influence of Larry LaValley of New York, Chef Adam Hervieux of Massachusetts, Chef Frances Deskin of Florida, Chef Ernesto Sierra of Mexico, Chef Alistair Housen of Jamaica and Chef Deana Lezcano of Arizona.
The inspiration in the collective kitchen of 3800 Ocean is driven by sustainable practices and local ingredients are sourced where possible. 3800 Ocean's signature dishes are created with fresh-from-the-ocean seafood including locally-caught grouper and scallops harvested by personalized scallop divers, ingredients from Swank Specialty Produce's hydroponic farm and poultry from Murray's family-farmed and naturally-raised chickens.
