NHS Health Solutions, Inc.'s Subsidiary Mineseeker Operations Enters Into Memorandum of Understanding With South American Partner
(firmenpresse) - HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/09/12 -- NHS Health Solutions, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: NHSH) subsidiary Mineseeker Operations Overseas Limited ("Mineseeker"), has entered in to a Memorandum of Understanding with Columbian based Fastcol Inc. ("Fastcol") to bring its landmine survey technology to South and Central America.
Fastcol have already undertaken initial discussions with General Pinilla in Colombia, regarding the country's landmine issues and understand that the government has allocated some $280 million to address the problem. The Memorandum of Understanding calls for the companies to visit Bogota as the next step, prior to completing a fully binding joint venture agreement and investment by Fastcol in NHSH.
Fastcol representatives have also had encouraging meetings in Chile with the Chief of Operations of the Country's National De-mining Commission, Lieutenant Colonel Juan Godoy and Army Chief of Staff, General Antonio Cordero.
Mineseeker is now working on requests from both of these countries for further information based on details that have been provided of the scope of the land contaminated by minefields.

Mineseeker now has representation in Central and South America, North Africa, the Middle East and Southern Africa. The appointment of partners in Asia will complete a global network and Mineseeker is in discussions with a number of companies based in countries affected by landmines in the region.
