Sky Sports App Includes New Split-Screen Technology to Watch More F1(TM) Action Beyond the TV

(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 07/09/12 -- Ahead of the 2012 FORMULA 1™ SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX this weekend, the F1™ companion experience on the Sky Sports for iPad app now includes split-screen technology, meaning customers can watch more of the action by selecting two live camera feeds simultaneously on the same screen. Viewers can choose from several different live video feeds including a driver's camera; giving F1™ fans more control and an even more immersive F1™ experience.

The updated Sky Sports for iPad app is available for free from the App Store on iPad or at . The app is also available to non-Sky customers on a standalone basis for GBP 4.99 per month through In-App Purchase.
