Matthew Budden brings with him ten years' experience as Executive Chef of this . He has extensive experience around the world and headed up many prestigious kitchen brigades, most recently at the Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton, Rhinefield House Hotel in the New Forest and at Goodwood Park Hotel.
He brings with him a passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye on developing talent, dedicated to ensuring young talented chefs at this get the best start in the industry.
Matthew is a proud member of the prestigious "Master Chefs of Great Britain" and been awarded runner up in the 'Independent on Saturday' Chef of the Year food awards.
